Our adult beginner course is the perfect introduction to Parkour and our classes. Our course is designed to progress new learners, week by week through the core areas of Parkour movement, equipping you with the skills and insight to continue your journey.
Week 1 - Jumping, Landing, Balancing
Week 2 - Vaulting
Week 3 - Climbing
Week 4 - Working together, Adaptability and challenge setting.
Week 5 - Guided practice towards self-set challenge.
The final week will put everything you have learned into practice, testing your skill, approach and understanding.
The course works to refine strengths, improve area of weakness and help you find YOUR Parkour practice based around your goals and needs.
