Dem Duo, Obscure Shape & SHDW, gelang mit ihrer ersten EP "NACHTBLENDE" auf Anhieb der Durchbruch. Mit ihrer dritten EP "DIE WEISSE ROSE" machten sie sich international einen Namen und wurden zudem als beste Newcomer des Jahres 2016 vom Groove Magazin zu recht ausgezeichnet.
