The Ukrainian Youth Association in Bradford is delighted to bring you Polish Ukrainian Folk Rock band, Tuhaj-Bej!
Tuhaj-Bej were formed in 2005 inspired by the atmosphere and charm of Ukrainian music. Their concerts are unique, combining traditional music of Ukraine with new rhythmic sounds. Tuhaj-Bej make use of instruments normally associated with folk such as the sopilka and accordion, but add in the electric guitars and drums, and the energy builds passing straight to the audience.
Supporting Tuhaj-Bej are Huddersfields very own Klonk! who appeared at PyvoFest 2016. These gypsy funksters are stirring up a Klezmer revolution, that will inspire a foot stomping, frentic riot
It's not only the music, we've invited Smak along to bring their authentic Polish street food, featuring chargrilled Kobasas, Pierogi and Bigos! Yuuuummmm
