J Mosley tells the story of Los Angeles and the multi cultural roots he experienced as a young adult and as a seasoned L.A. musician veteran. Born in Los Angeles, J Mosley first picked up a guitar at the age of 11. Inspired by Nat “King” Cole, Wes Montgomery and Jimi Hendrix, he began the mashup of styles and sound which help shape his brand of Jazz, Soul, Blues with latin flavors. The J Mosley concept began as a Contemporary Jazz band which took form as today’s musical fusion group. His influences range from Nat “King” Cole, Santana, Sade, Greyboy Allstars, Jimi Hendrix, Wes Montgomery, Poncho Sanchez, David Calzado and the Meters to name a few. Mosley delivers an array of explosive sultry sounds and authentic elements of musicianship.

J Mosley Allstars are Gerardo “Jelly” Morales (drums/percussion), Sukari Reid-Glenn (flute), Ted “T3″ Stanley (Maschine), Jacob “JBass” Valenzuela, William “Gods Will” Glenn (MC), Superday (keys) and Cole (vocals.) They have collectively shared the stage with the likes of Madonna, Rage Against the Machine, Ozomatli, Black Eye Peas, Danzig, Norman Brown, Gladys Night, Stanley Clarke, Amel Larriuex, Les Nubians, Chico Debarge, Jimena and Mariana both Mexican Pop singers, Marc Antonio Solis, Brian Mcknight, Chaka Khan, Stevie Wonder, Indie Arie, D-REAL of DW3, Robin Thick, just to name a few.
