It's a 6 week challenge. Starting Friday, you'll weigh in at Total Nutrition and start the program. It goes until June 4th.

Individual store prizes will be given out to the top male and female and second place male and female! THEN an over all prize will be given out in the form of $2,500 to the top male and female! 2nd place overall will get free protein for a year and third over all gets $250 store gift card! I can sign you up for free right now.

All I need is: email, phone, DOB, & zip code! Weigh ins are this Friday through Sunday! It's $10 to weigh in and that's all you have to pay the whole program. Prizes are based on fat loss percentage.
