Party: Stockton presents International Guest Bartenders with Erick Castro

To celebrate being recognised as one of the top 50 in #Asias50BestBars, Stockton has a little something up our sleeves. Tuesday, 22nd is no ordinary night. For one night only Erick Castro will be in town, displaying his skills at our very own Stockton.

Building his cocktail empire in San Francisco’s Rickhouse and Bourbon & Branch, Erick Castro is famous for his obscure recipes, methods and ingredients he uses. His unique techniques have gained him significant recognition and not only earned him a place on lists such as Esquire’s Best Bars in America and Food and Wine’s World’s Top Bars but also recognition from the StarChefs organisation as Rising Star Mixologist in 2010. He has since launched projects such as Polite Provisions and Boilermaker in 2013 and 2014 both of which, quickly receiving high accolades from magazines and press. Boilermaker has since been featured in multiple periodicals such as the Wall Street Journal and recently chosen by New York Magazine as Best Serious Cocktails in New York. After dabbling in the co-creation of cocktail tutorials – reaching views in the six-digits and writing a monthly column about the world of cocktails and spirits, in 2016 Castro has launched an online bartender series – Bartender at Large – chronicling the cocktail industry around the world
