Party: Bear's Big Day Out

As many of you are aware Chris O’Meagher, or more affectionately known as Bear, has a battle that he intends to win. The Melbourne Bowling Club and St Kilda Bowling Club are hosting an event, Bear’s Big Day Out, on Saturday 6th January 2018 to show the bowling community is all there to support Bear. Bear’s wish is that we use the event to create awareness for Pancreatic Cancer.
The day planned will start with breakfast and registration at St Kilda Bowling Club at 8.00am. We plan to have a 4’s tournament throughout the day spread over the two clubs. All entries will be single entry and teams put together. Every game you will move so you get to play with different people each game. Bear’s family will be cooking all day so you won’t go hungry. The day will conclude will a smorgasbord dinner at Melbourne Bowling Club. Theme for the day is Islander mufti, ie Hawaiian shirts. Throughout the day we will have raffles, prizes, and various forms of entertainment. The cost for the day will be $30.00. We will send out more details over the next week.
