WAVEY [łejwij] is an adjective or noun that is used to describe a person when they are feeling all types of vibrations. They may or may not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, but they feel the flow and are fluid with it. Usually positive vibes are felt from other people, sound waves or light rays to become wavey.
