DANCE PARTY TO FOLLOW LIVE ACTS

DJ CREEAZN ( EDMONTON) REDBULL 3STYLE CHAMPION Traditional and Contemporary dance fusion performance & deejay set.

DANCE
Matthew AKA Creeasian takes traditional grassdance & traditional toprocks that creates a style known as grassrocks. fusing two cultural dances ,one traditional powwow and the other traditional bboy(breakdancing). A style well known to be developed by Manitou Nemeen and other members of Ready To Rock.. This is not to reinvent or claim that we made a new style of dance but to show the connection of how our ancestors danced, prayed, celebrated compared to a more modern approach with the combining of traditional hiphop style known as bboying.

DJING
Matthew aka CREEAZN has been djing for 10+ years. Started to really make noise djing for the bboy scene competitions, funk jams, after parties.through out his years of being in the music industry he developed his style by focusing on the dancers and what made them dance.being a bboy from the start really helped his song selection when it came to HipHop,Funk,Soul,Breaks. After learning about Redbul 3 style DJ competition it challenged him to really think outside the box. This gave him opportunity to play stuff in the club that is usually never heard in a top 40 clubs. With hard practice and determination Creeazn took 2012 Edmonton Redbull 3style in his region also a few local Edmonton DJ battles prior to that. Learning the ways of how to really rock a party its been a musical journey for this man and will continue on as a forever student.
