A working bee has been scheduled for this Saturday 17th Jan [weather permitting] commencing from 9.00am

Jobs to Be Done

1. Realign Retie and clean tyres on front straight prepare to paint them
2. Clean restack and align any others
3. Re Roof Ute Container with Flat Sheet
4. Relocate Drain in mud basin and clean out
5. Send fire extinguishers for testing
6. Set up semi permanent poles for flag lights
7. General clean up and poison weeds Between tyres

2 Large gerni s [Tutt Bryant]
Small excavator [G Ewing]
Stanley Or Sharp Knives For Cutting Tyre Bundling Rope
Whipper snipper [club has one But another would be handy]
Blower

If anyone would like to take ownership of any particular job please contact Craig to see what has been organised for that job.

This is the first working bee for the year and it would be appreciated if we could have as many people as possible attend to complete these works.
