Eddie & the Lovemakers is a 6-9 piece soul band.
The music is a reflection back to Motown, Stax and Philly Soul's heyday, and back again where old meets new.
In 2014 they released the " Good Times "-EP and it was well received with both audiences and reviewers, Andy Collins (Scandinavian Soul) among others.
The band is led by Eddie Hultén who personifies the genre's core through his singing and his eccentric stage presence and with the band that gets everything from speakers to live venues grooving they present Eddie & the Lovemakers. In the autumn of 2016 the band's second album "Together as One” will be released and it contains seven tracks of pure soul.
